1. INTRODUCTION

Carogo Group Rent a Car, Tivat, Bonići 1.
Age Limit
Minimum 22 years of age and 2 years of driving experience.
Vehicle
Picked up in working order with all equipment and returned in the same condition.
2. INSURANCE & LIABILITY
- Full CASCO insurance is valid only with a police report.
- Insurance DOES NOT COVER damage to tires, glass, and the undercarriage.
- Driving under the influence of alcohol or narcotics is strictly prohibited.
- In case of theft or damage, the client pays a fixed cost of lost profit.
3. PAYMENTS & COSTS
- Card payments are subject to a 3% bank commission.
- The client bears all traffic fines during the rental period.
- Loss of documents or keys is charged at €500.
- Vehicle is picked up and returned with a FULL tank.
4. ACCIDENT PROCEDURE
In the event of any accident, even the smallest scratch, it is MANDATORY to call the police (122) and make a report. Without a report, the client bears the full amount of damage.
5. LEGAL PROVISIONS
For all disputes arising from this contract, the court in Podgorica has jurisdiction. By signing the contract, the client accepts all stated terms.
