Your data is stored for 5 years as required by accounting and tax laws of Montenegro. Our systems use advanced encryption. We do not store credit card details; all payments are processed through secure bank terminals.

We share data only with the Police Directorate and Tax Administration of Montenegro when required by law. For safety and theft prevention, vehicles are equipped with GPS tracking systems which are activated only in cases defined by the rental contract.

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data (except those we are legally obliged to keep). CarOgo Group is fully compliant with the Montenegrin Law on Personal Data Protection and GDPR standards.
